This is my public notebook. The title of this blog comes from Colossians 1:16, which states that all things have been created through and for Jesus Christ, the Son of God. All things means that no topic is necessarily off-limits here. Everything in creation belongs to Christ and must be treated accordingly. That’s what I attempt to do here. This does not amount to slapping a Bible verse on every subject, nor does it mean I will explicitly reference Christ in every post. I will simply attempt to approach every subject as a Christian and in light of Scripture.
I reserve the right to disagree with myself—both with regard to what I have written, and how I wrote it. This means that you should not take an old blog post of mine as necessarily representing my current views or at least how I would now express them. If you would like to know my current views on a particular subject, you would need to ask me directly.

Greetings Clayton,
I recently read your Amazon review (from several years ago) of the book Against Christianity and followed your name to this website. I am looking for reviewers of a manuscript I have recently completed and would be honored if you might consider such reading. I retired a few years back, and after more than 48 years as a Christian, I became convicted that I needed to write about what I had learned over those years from the only One any of us is to call “Teacher.”
I am troubled by the witness of today’s church and believe it to be reflective of preaching that is more about “the tickling of ears” than holy living. I believe we’ve lost some gospel truths that need to be rediscovered. That’s what “Getting the Gospel Right: An Accurate Understanding is Everything!” is about.
I can appreciate that you undoubtedly have a very full schedule but would be extremely honored if you would consider accepting an email copy of my fully edited manuscript for review. I am not as yet looking for a public review or endorsement, I am merely trying to gather trustworthy perspectives from people of faith. There is no rush regarding a reading timeline, only as your schedule would allow.
You can find out more about me on my newly established website, https://www.mauriedaigneau.com.
Thank you for any consideration you can give to this request. I look forward to hearing from you.
Blessings,
Maurie Daigneau
